I forget sometimes just how great it is to be young, alive and in BiggerBetterFasterMore. But nights like last Saturday at Great Slates always serve to remind me. We have so many wonderful fans/friends and they always make us feel special. Sometimes they accomplish that by showing up at lots of shows and being king-size supporters of the band like our old pal Leah and her peeps. And sometimes they do it buy giving me a shot of what I think was Jaeger that makes me hurl in the parking lot like our new/old pal Shannon. It may have been that, or it may have been the buffet of liquor that I was partaking of that night in order to quell my nervousness at being the drumless front man for the evening. Who can say, but it all worked out just fine. Our special guest drummer Rob Minnick did a fantastic job and I managed to go almost the entire night without tripping and falling of the stage. Anyhow, thanks to all of you for your support. The crowds have been real good of late. Speaking of old friends, this Friday night, the 26th day of the month it's time for the OLDE TOWNE TAVERN in FREDERICK, MD 301-695-1454. Y'all know by now how it is in this place when we show up.
