We had incredible crowds both nights and I'm talking not only about sheer numbers, but also the incredible enthusiasm and love that we thrive on. It did my sick, old body good to lay down some righteous rock with you, my dear dear friends. Oh, and thanks to all of you who inquired as to my ongoing health crisis. Your concern warmed my heart and I am happy to announce that I am finally feeling better. I have no idea what I have/had, but I guess it's going away, hopefully forever. But last weekend was not all candy hearts and happy thoughts, in fact a pretty crappy thing happened to us and maybe, just maybe, you can help and if not well, maybe it makes me feel better to whine. As all of you who were at the Hard Rock Cafe show know, it was an unbelievable success. Hundreds of people rockin' in the beautiful late summer air and lots of good vibes. You'll also recall that we video taped our audition piece for VH1's COVER WARS game show. We had to play about 20 different songs in a variety of style without any preparation at all and WE KICKED ASS!!! IT could not have gone better. We were on top of the world, our position in the Cover Wars competition a virtual certainty. But when I went to copy our tape to send off to VH1, I discovered that my piece of excrement camcorder had BROKEN THE MUTH-F#*KING TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rushed the tape to a repair technician, but unfortunately, the tape was blank. That sucks some ass, huh?!? So anyway, if anyone receiving this email had their camcorder on while we were doing this audition, BiggerBetterFasterMore would like to talk to you and pay you a reward and give you liquor and dancing girls, in order to get our hands on that tape. If no one was taping us (but I think I saw some hot camcorder action going on), well then I've already thrown myself on the mercy of VH1 and we'll just have to see what they have to say. So if you've got that tape, email me back PRONTO!!!!! We will be taking this weekend off, and I miss you magnificent bastards already. We'll see you soon. Pssssssssst, a little bird tells me that BiggerBetterFasterMore will be playing at the HARD ROCK CAFE in Baltimore's Inner Harbor on NEW YEAR'S EVE. Stay tuned for ticket info...........
