Subject: BiggerBetterFasterMore's Labor Pains

First of all, let me apologize for the lack of email last week. After god alone knows how many uninterrupted weeks of mirthful target marketing from your favorite band of all time, two of the worlds most evil and sinister forces, namely America On Line and Windows based computers, conspire to derail my efforts. Well, rest assured, my friends, that all is well for now and that in the not too distant future I will be ridding myself of AOL and Windows for good. Hello Erols and Imac!!

Soooo anyway, last weekend we had a great time at a brand new room in southern Maryland called Neptune's. Fun crowd, great staff and the bachlorette party who traveled all the way down from Frederick simply blew our mind. We hope to be back in this great club again sometime this winter!

This is gonna be a great weekend, so make your plans now to join BBFM at: PUTTY HILL STATION in Parkville, Md 410-882-0500 on Saturday, September 1st. What can I say about Putty Hill? We love, it's always a good time and I recommend that you come on out and bring a naked friend or two.

THE HARD ROCK CAFE in Baltimore's Inner Harbor 410-347-7625 on Sunday, September 2nd from 6-10pm. Come on down and celebrate Labor Day at the Hard Rock. Anyone who was at the July 4th show knows that it was IN-FRIGGIN-SANE!! We'll be outside on the dock bar again and I can only imagine what kind of crazy stuff we're gonna get up to. You're off work on Monday, or you should be, so be there!!

Hey guess what?!? VH1 has this show called Cover Wars. It's hosted by Paul Shaffer and the best cover bands in the country compete against each other for all kinds of fabulous prizes. Well, the good folks at VH1 viewed our performance video demo and thought that we were good enough to compete on Cover Wars (and I agree whole heartedly). The one thing we have to do before we get on the show is to video ourselves playing through a list of songs that VH1 has mailed to us. So at one of the shows this weekend (nope, don't know which one) we will open this sealed envelope and tape ourselves playing these songs for VH1's pleasure. Wouldn't you love to be in the audience for that? I bet you would, so you'd better come out to both shows this weekend, so you don't miss it.

Hey here's an added bonus to all of our hardcore friends; it seems that I have contracted the 10 week flu or mono or the ebola virus or something and when you come out to see us this weekend you just may get to see me pass out, barf in a bucket, or be called home to heaven by the lord. Now tell me that's not exciting. Just don't touch my microphone, for safety's sake.
